Bea's News

The last few weeks were all about getting quiltnlearn.com ready to launch - along with my first ever Black Friday Offer! ALL the feels were felt when it went live on the 25th. More than 1000 of you have already registered and you can continue to do so at quiltnlearn.com.

DID YOU MISS THE BLACK FRIDAY OFFER? Ouch - I'm sorry. There was 30% off VIP Passes available. However...as a newsletter subscriber I'm offering you 20% off if you buy your VIP pass before Monday Dec 8th. That will save you $10 AND get you immediate access to all the workshops! Coupon code LASTCHANCE. Or register 100% free of course.

More From the Quilt n Learn Teachers

In my last newsletter I introduced you to the teachers but (oops) I left one off. Liz Thompson is teaching a workshop on Granny Squares! Like me, I'm sure many of you are thinking of those crochet blankets that are fashionable again. But no, this is a quilt block. Not just that but it is QAYG (quilt as you go) so... no binding is needed!

To watch Liz's workshop and to read more about her simply visit QuiltnLearn.com.

This Month's Poll!

In the last newsletter I asked whether you made your holiday gifts. 82% of us are making at least some of our gifts. That means there's a lot of lucky recipients out there. I sincerely hope you are all closer to finishing than I am!

The next poll is about the Cathedral Window technique. Here is a free pattern and VERY detailed sewalong for anyone interested.

Have you ever made a quilt (or coverlet!) using the cathedral windows technique? Or perhaps it's on your quilty bucket list? Let me know in this poll and I'll share the results next time.

Vote in the Poll

That is it for this time! And feel free to forward this to friends.

Bea

PS: Don't forget to register for the next Quilt n Learn event!
