The Main Event May Be Over for Free Attendees, But the Fun Continues

Of course the Quilting Community isn't 100% women (as our Teacher Mac Barnes would be quick to point out!) but we do make up the vast majority of it. If you would like to continue to help other women then here are some ideas:

• The Women's March organisation aims to end sexism, sexist exploitation, and oppression. The People's March takes place on January 18th across the USA. Find your nearest March on the website.
• I Support The Girls is a charity that distributes new or gently worn bras (which are hard to recycle otherwise) as well as hygiene products to women in need. You can mail your bras to them for distribution. 
• Sew Powerful (our Sewalong partner) works to support women worldwide.
