"I started quilting at 19 years old after being in Europe for the summer as quilting connected me to my roots. After teaching elementary school and having 5 kids, I needed a creative outlet and so I started teaching free motion quilting to local quilt shops. After professionally quilting for years in 2018 I started to use life coaching tools to help work through fear, overwhelm and perfectionism.
When my fellow quilters saw the successes I was having with my mental and physical health, they wanted help.
I started coaching quilters in 2019 and haven't looked back. Just like rotary cutters and starch have changed the success of certain quilting strategies, so do these life coaching tools for the quality of your life. No more excuses and learn how to create freedom."
